Club Night 1

As this is our first club night of the season all swimmers are required to complete a new time trial. Returning swimmers will have last season’s times carried over. New members are required to commence swimming at 25m (for those capable). If your swimmer is not confident in swimming 25m or requires assistance, swimmers will swim 12.5m starting in the pool at the shallow end and will be accompanied by a senior swimmer to assist and/or monitor them as needed.

This weeks events include
100m Freestyle
100m Individual Medley
25/50m All Strokes

Schedule of events:
- Gates open 5.00pm (Please come down and help set up)
- Warm up starts from 5.45pm
- 5.55pm awards and announcements
- Swimming Starting 6pm sharp

All swimmers are automatically nominated for all strokes they are eligible to swim on club night.
Nominations close Wednesday 6pm for those swimming 25/50/100 events. If a swimmer is unable to attend, it is the parent or carers responsibility to contact the race recorder by 6pm on the Wednesday before a club event. Please comment swimmers name in the event on team app if not attending.
Swimmers wanting to swim any additional stroke(s) need to nominate the week prior with endorsement from the Referee that they are allowed.

Please Nominate swimmers leaving swimmers names in comments box and replying to attending or not as this helps with the roster and races.

We Need Volunteers!!!
Club nights and events rely heavily on active parent participation. Every week we need a number of volunteers to help make the night a success and club night cannot commence until we fill all our spots on the attached duty roster, Canteen will be a roster that all families will need to do.
